FAQs

How long does a detail take?

The amount of time a detail takes depends on what package you purchased, the size of your vehicle and the current condition of your vehicle. When you make an appointment we can give you an estimated time frame based on the information you provide.

Will all of the stains in my interior come out?

We do our best to completely remove stains but if it cannot be removed we will do everything we can to make it as unnoticeable as possible. The longer that stains have been on your seats and carpets the tougher it is to completely remove the stain. It will also depend on what caused the stain, as some stains cannot be completely removed.

What are the benefits of frequent detailing services?

Getting your vehicle detailed often helps keep your paint fresh and protected, your interior looking new and can also help keep the value of your vehicle higher! When you go to trade in or sell you vehicle, you will get more if your interior is clean and taken care of and you paint has minimal flaws. Regular detailing will keep your car looking new!

Why should I have my car detailed instead of bringing it to the car wash?

Automatic car washes can damage your car’s paint. They use harsh chemicals that strip the protection from your car, and the brushes cause scratches in your car’s paint.

Who will be working on my car?

Only trained staff members will service your car. Our teams are proud to be requested by customers repeatedly.

How long does a wax job last?

Typically, between 4 months (compared to many other waxes that last 1-2 months!).

How should I wash my car in between waxing?

We offer affordable wash maintenance programs in between waxing, but if you’d prefer to do it yourself, we strongly suggest using detergents that are made to help keep wax on vehicles!

Will steam cleaning my carpets and seats remove all stains?

No. While pre-treating and steam extraction is the most effective cleaning procedure available, some spills (especially any with reddish dyes), can actually damage and dye carpet and upholstery fibers. Once this occurs, these fabrics can be cleaned, but color change is permanent unless material is replaced or re-dyed.

How will I be billed?

We typically invoice once the work is complete and payment is accepted upon pick up or delivery of your vehicle. Personal Checks, Cash, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover are accepted.
